Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States.

  • Participants must be 18 years or older.

  • Employees of Hephium LLC and their immediate families are not eligible.

Entry Period

  • Begins: April 26, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST

  • Ends: April 29, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST

How to Enter

Participants can earn entries through the following actions:

  • Instagram: Follow @hephium_ and tag us in a post or story.

  • TikTok: Follow @hephium and tag us in a video.

  • Newsletter: Subscribe to our newsletter at hephium.com

Entry Limits

  • Participants may earn up to six (6) entries per platform (Instagram and TikTok) by creating materially unique posts or videos (e.g., different photos, videos, captions, or creative settings).

  • Duplicate, substantially identical, or low-effort posts will not be counted and may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Hephium LLC.

  • Newsletter subscription counts as one (1) entry.

  • No purchase necessary. Making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

Winner Selection and Notification

  • One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within seven (7) days after the entry period ends.

  • The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform through which they entered or via email if entered via newsletter subscription.

  • The winner must respond within 120 hours of notification. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

The gift card:

  • Is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Can be applied to product orders, including taxes and shipping.

  • Does not expire. (According to Squarespace gift card policies.)

General Conditions

  • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Hephium LLC, which are final and binding.

  • Hephium LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms, tampers with the entry process, or otherwise engages in fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct.
